Reiki is a deeply relaxing practice that supports the natural healing processes. Your session can be done with light touch, or you can have a hands-off session if you prefer. Before your session, I will have a brief conversation with you to check in with how you are doing to get a feel of what intensions I need to set for your unique session. The session itself will last for about 45-60 minutes. During your session I will use Reiki energy to help balance your physical and emotional body. I will use intuition to help guide my hands over the major Chakra points of the body and wherever the Reiki energy needs to be focused. I look forward to working with you!
