Service Description

Usui Reiki Level 1 is a foundational class that introduces you to the art of energy healing. In this course, you will learn the history of Reiki and the Reiki principles. You’ll also explore grounding and centering meditations, techniques for protecting your energy, and how to perform Reiki self-treatments and treatments on others. You'll also be guided through traditional Reiki practices, including Reiji-ho, Gassho, Chiryo, and Byosen Scanning. This class includes a Reiki level 1 attunement allowing you to channel the life force energy. It is the perfect starting point for your spiritual path and healing journey! Please bring a light snack, plenty of water, and a journal. All other materials will be provided.
